Thirty-six Students Graduate in Vancouver

On Sunday afternoon, May 30th, Carey conferred certificates, diplomas and degrees on 36 candidates in Vancouver. The celebration of completion focused on the spiritual growth and preparation for Kingdom service as each graduate's accomplishments. The afternoon was a happy occasion for the graduates, their families and friends, and for the Carey faculty and staff.

The Student Speaker for 2010 was Gloria Quarless of Victoria, BC. Gloria was awarded the Master of Pastoral Ministry degree and received the Pastoral Care Prize. Click here to hear her address to the students.

The Guest Speaker at the Vancouver ceremony was Dr. Bruce Milne, author, scholar, and retired minister. His message was "The Grad at Galilee".

 In the 2009/2010 academic year, four Carey graduation ceremonies were held --- in Kenya, Bolivia, Regina, and Vancouver with a total number of 136 Carey graduates! Congratulations to all the graduates!
